Getting here
How to find the shop
ubrokeit is on the west side of Sepulveda Blvd, about half a block north of National — diagonally across from the IHOP. (Longtime locals might remember it as the old Hamburger Hamlet spot.)
It’s an office building. Look for the glass lobby doors on Sepulveda — there are signs in the doors pointing you to the stairs. ubrokeit is one flight up.
- Parking: there’s street parking out front and a rear parking lot.
- Stairs: it’s a second-floor suite with no elevator. If stairs are hard for you, just call when you arrive — Gregory is always happy to come down to you.
What to expect
When you come in
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Booking a time locks in your spot — walk-ins are taken as the schedule allows, so an appointment is the surest way to be seen when you want.
iPhone repairs are usually handled same-visit. For Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola and other brands, ubrokeit orders the exact part for your specific model first — usually a day or two — so you get the right part instead of whatever’s in a drawer. Booking ahead means the part’s already on the way before you arrive.
Either way, nothing gets opened until you’ve heard what the repair actually is and what it costs.
